In 1998, James Neu stepped into the world of plumbing, helping his father on jobs even though he knew nothing about it. Eight years later, when James’s father passed, he continued working in plumbing with another company. Years down the road, when his mentor was ready to retire, he saw something special in James and decided to sell him the business. James took the opportunity, purchasing the plumbing company and carrying forward its legacy. With a family-first approach, James and his team have worked tirelessly to build lasting relationships with their customers.
